Fran Addison
Fran is a native of this area. Her father was an officer in the Air Force and was stationed at Maxwell AFB in the early 60’s. After his second assignment to Maxwell, Fran’s parents decided to return here after being overseas. They then decided to retire here and raise the family in Montgomery.
Fran and her husband have lived in Elmore County since 1972 and in the Redland area since 1974.
“I can’t imagine living anywhere else.”
She retired from BellSouth with over 25 years of service and worked as an operator, service representative, manager, training supervisor and part of the BellSouth support team. She has worked very closely with the service representatives and her customers. Fran has made it clear that her top priority is to make sure that her customers are satisfied and to give them the best service possible. Fran will do the same for you in finding that wonderful home in our beautiful Elmore County.
Will Thames
Mr. Thames will be joining the Southern Group Realty Team later this year.
Having been raised in southwest Alabama, Will’s family has been in the land and timber business for three generations. Working in the various aspects of the family business has provided him with experience in cruising timber, working closely with land owners, investigating land qualities and boundaries, assessing land value and the marketing & sales of land and timber products.

Will also has a background working in the medical field in orthopedics. Working with people to identify their individual needs and developing a strategy to achieve them are critical job skills in my profession. His background in sales, management, & health care provides me with a job set suited well to working with you on a personal level as we work together to determine your needs.
